There may be an instance where you, the user, want to combine a "stand alone" order with a "stand alone" project. This document should help you in understand how to merge the two items together.
HOW TO DO IT
Make sure that your Project is listed as a "For Spec Registration" project. (If you need information on how to do this, please click here.)
Next, go into the order that you are wanting to merge. Click on Tools and Add To Spec Project.
You'll be asked if you want to Close the PO editor. Click on Yes.
Select which project you are wanting to merge the order with and click on Ok.
On the Inter Agency Splits pop up, select Ok.
At this point, the order should now be merged with the project that you selected.
