Early on, one design objective for OASIS was connectivity - customer or manufacturer. Thanks to the Internet, this objective is slowly becoming a reality.
To configure OASIS to connect to a manufacturer's data system, please select from the items below. If you have any questions, please email us at support@OasisSalesSoftware.com or call our Support Desk at (501) 843-6750.

Description of the various connectivity methods
- Copy&Paste - Open a file from the MFG, then copy the contents and paste them into OASIS (usually in excel format)
- Direct - Either a button or menu option that activates a background process that retrieves/sends the information direct. Some are fully automated as you work.
- Download & Manual Entry - A button or menu item starts a download of the file, which is then used to manually enter the data
- Drag&Drop emailed file (csv, html, xlsx, or xml) - A filed is emailed from the MFG and the file is dragged and dropped onto the applicable OASIS screen
- Dynamic - Fully automated functionality, where OASIS will check to see if new data is needed and download it while you work
- Email Excel - Sending an Excel file as an attachment to a manually created email or a message created via OASIS
- Import Downloaded File - A filed is downloaded from the MFGs system and then imported into OASIS via a menu option
- Link to Website - OASIS provides a menu option to directly link to the MFGs web based system
- Manual - Data must be retrieved and entered manually
- Manually attach file - A file received from the MFG is manually attached to the transaction in OASIS
- O2O - Utilizes the direct OASIS-to-OASIS functionality
- FTP - Downloads through File Transfer Protocol
